Informatics and Telematics vzw)<br>(December 2014-April 2015)<\/strong><br><br><strong>Objective:<\/strong> development of a scalable and sustainable pan-European governance organizational process for the semantic interoperability of clinical and biomedical knowledge, to help ensure the optimization of electronic medical record systems (EHR) for patient care, health public and clinical, research through health systems and institutions.<br><br><strong>How:<\/strong> in the project the IIT-CNR participates as an expert for the supply of the analysis of the state of the art on the semantic alignment between the SNOMED-CT nomenclature and medical classification systems used internationally, proposing possible solutions for the limitations of the mapping; development of a standardized methodology for the development of patient-oriented medical vocabularies, in a multilingual perspective.<br><br><strong>Results:<\/strong> proposal of a standardized model for the development of patient-oriented terminologies and for the integration (mapping) between international coding systems. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Semantic Interoperability for Health Network &#8211; NoE -FP7-ICT-2011-7(December 2011-May 2015)Expert agreeement between IIT-CNR and RAMIT {Research in Advanced Medica!
