Research
The principal research interests regard: the definition of specialized languages in
economic and biomedical fields, and more generally, technical – scientific
fields; the construction of domain-specific dictionaries, lexicons, thesauri; semantic
disambiguation; automatic language processing; classification of digital
documents; semantic mapping and indexing of resources and services in different
fields of the knowledge, which are not separate from the interest towards more
traditional knowledge of the disciplinary field, in the attempt to protect the
documentary heritage of the people and institutions of the territory (see, in
particular, press reviews and the archives of political parties).
